The Niger Basin Authority (NBA) has obtained a Grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) to cover the cost of the Integrated Programme for Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/NB) Regional Component, and intends to use part of the sums granted under this Grant to finance the “Recruitment of a PIDACC/NB Procurement Assistant, Regional Component”.
The overall objective of the Assistant’s mission is to assist the Procurement Expert appointed/recruited by NBA in the procurement of works, goods and services of the PIDACC/NB.

Written Expressions of Interest should be submitted in paper or electronic form. Each application file should be sent via DHL or any other similar service provider, in a sealed envelope to the address mentioned below no later than 2024, October 31th at 10 a.m. sharp and must bear the words “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF A PIDACC/NB PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT, REGIONAL COMPONENT”.
